Strategic Execution

McGrath Projects provides the leadership that turns strategy into reality. In the Strategic Assessment phase, we work with executive leadership to create or review and assess the strategy to make sure it aligns with the company’s long-term business goals and works in concert with other planned initiatives. We define the parameters necessary to make the project achievable or to break it down into achievable units and create a plan to enable us to manage resources and assess progress. McGrath Projects brings years of experience in developing strategies across a variety of industries and deep knowledge of user experience, design, and technology to the table.
